A 38 years Old Master in History from Himachal University in 1986. Anil Worked as Mountaineering Instructor in Mountaineering Institute Manali from 1986 to 1993. He did various course in Mountaineering, Skiing. And Rescue Operations. The higher courses in the same field he did from Japan. He was hired by the Japanese Government as technical advisor for various Mountaineering Expeditions.
