My name is Freya Middleton. I am Australian & have been living in Italy for the past nine years & work as a licensed tour guide of Florence. I went to Florence on a post graduate research scholarship after my degree in Art history & never left. Her passion for the art, history, and culture made her the perfect person to experience this spectacular city with. The tour included, artistic, historical, social, financial, religious, and even culinary exploration that I never could have imagined. Her knowledge of Florentine history was broad and her "dish" on historical personalities brought that history to life. Her knowledge of Florentine art and architecture was deep, and her enthusiasm for it and all of Florence was infectious. And her recommendations for dining and shopping were spot on.
